You may request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Zorexa, including data received through a Zorexa-enabled WhatsApp integration.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@zorexa.app with the subject Data deletion request.
- Include the phone number or email address associated with your interaction, the relevant organization or Zorexa tenant if known, and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
- Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data or copies of sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you are the account holder or authorized requester.
WhatsApp requests
For data connected to a WhatsApp conversation, include your phone number in international format and, where possible, the business phone number you contacted. You may also send a message saying “Delete my data” to the relevant Zorexa-enabled WhatsApp number. Where that automated path is enabled, the request will be recorded and routed for review.
What happens next
After verification, we will identify data controlled by Zorexa and delete or anonymize it where required. When Zorexa processes data solely on behalf of a customer organization, we may forward the request to that organization or ask you to contact it directly because the organization controls the relevant data.
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete them within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Data that may be covered
- Account and profile information.
- WhatsApp identifiers, messages and media received by Zorexa.
- Conversation history and agent requests.
- Uploaded files and generated artifacts.
- Integration data stored by Zorexa.
- Technical records that can reasonably be linked to the requester.
Third-party systems
Deleting data from Zorexa does not automatically delete copies independently retained by Meta/WhatsApp, a customer organization, an AI model provider or another third-party integration. Those parties' own privacy and deletion procedures may apply.
